A Dogful plan is a digital product: a personalized dog training plan built from your quiz answers, delivered in the members area and as a PDF. It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Lifetime access means access to your plan in the members area for as long as Dogful operates the service, and the PDF is yours to keep forever either way. If we ever shut the members area down, we will give you notice and a way to download everything first.
Every plan is covered by a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee, counted from the day you buy. If you are not seeing progress, ask for a refund within 30 days and you get all your money back. No calls, no forms, no questions. Email us at the address on the contact page and we will process it promptly.
If you add Daily Training Notifications, we send your daily lesson by the channel you chose (Email, Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS). Message rates may apply for SMS depending on your carrier. You can stop notifications at any time by replying STOP or changing your settings in the members area. Stopping notifications does not affect your plan access.
Dogful provides training guidance, not veterinary care and not a substitute for in-person professional help. If your dog's behavior changes suddenly, talk to your vet. If your plan flags a safety concern, follow the guidance to work with a certified professional. Results vary from dog to dog and we do not promise a specific outcome.
Your plan is for you and your dog. Please do not resell it, republish it, or share your members access with people outside your household.
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date. Changes never take away a guarantee you already bought under.
