What we collect

• Quiz answers. Your dog's name, age, breed, and the struggles you select. We use them to build the plan.
• Your email. Used to deliver your plan, receipts, and login access. If you tick the marketing box, also training tips and offers.
• Your phone number (optional). Only if you choose Daily Training Notifications by WhatsApp or SMS, and only after you consent.
• Your dog's photo (optional). Used on the cover of your plan. You can skip it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Order details. Which plan you bought and when. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Why we collect it

To build and deliver your dog's plan, to give you access to it, to send the notifications you asked for, and to answer your messages. If you tick the marketing box we also send tips and offers, and you can stop those with one tap on any email.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never send marketing without your consent.
• We never store card numbers on our systems.

How long we keep it

Quiz answers and plans are kept while your account exists so your plan stays available. If you started the quiz but did not buy, we may keep your answers and email for up to 12 months for follow-up (only with your consent for marketing), then delete them. Photos are deleted whenever you ask.

Your rights (GDPR and UK GDPR)

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it.
• Withdraw consent (marketing or notifications) at any time.
• Complain to your data protection authority if we let you down.

To use any of these rights, reach us through the contact page. We answer within 30 days.

Who else touches your data

Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Stripe processes payments. If you choose Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS delivery, those platforms carry the messages you asked for. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date and, for meaningful changes, tell you by email.
